AltitudeX Madeira provides tandem paragliding experiences on Madeira Island.
By booking or participating in a flight, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Weather Conditions
Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity.
AltitudeX Madeira reserves the right to postpone, relocate or cancel any flight due to weather, safety considerations or operational requirements.
Safety will always be the primary consideration.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Flight times and locations may change depending on weather and flying conditions.
Participants should remain flexible regarding scheduling and take-off locations.
4. Health and Physical Condition
Participants must inform the pilot of any medical condition, injury or physical limitation that could affect the activity.
This activity may not be suitable for pregnant individuals or persons with significant mobility limitations.
5. Weight Limits
Participation is subject to operational weight limits and weather conditions.
AltitudeX Madeira reserves the right to refuse a flight if safety limits are exceeded.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow all instructions provided by the pilot.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Provide accurate information regarding weight and health conditions.
- Behave responsibly throughout the activity.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in cancellation of the flight.
7. Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be captured during the activity for memories, promotional purposes and social media content.
If a participant does not wish their image to be used, they should inform AltitudeX Madeira before the flight or contact us afterwards regarding any published content.
8. Cancellation Policy
If a flight is cancelled by AltitudeX Madeira due to weather or safety reasons, participants may be offered an alternative date, location or refund where applicable.
Customer cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used.
9. Liability
Paragliding is an adventure sport involving inherent risks.
AltitudeX Madeira operates flights using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
Participants acknowledge the nature of the activity and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot.
